Electronic dispatch is a personal account by any services and tasks. In one account users can be distributed in three groups:
- Senior Manager (administrator of your account);
- Dispatcher - creates and distributes orders (tasks) between the executors;
- Executor - carries out tasks (orders) and records the results.
This service will allow you to record the customer orders and assign them to specific executors. Executors through a special mobile application receives a list of scheduled orders (tasks) and gives feedback on their execution.
Dispatcher works with a list of orders, execution of which is updated automatically. Information from executors quickly enters the electronic control panel that makes it easy to manage the situation. Dispatcher has a special option of making statistical reports on orders, executors, and timelines.
